Being Thankful this November

There’s just something about the month of November—it’s a special reminder to celebrate the things we often overlook. For us at Privai, gratitude is one of the best ways to be mindful, and this time of year becomes one of the best to say thank you. 

November anchors everything in thankfulness. Gratitude can mean celebrating the things that make you feel beautiful, taking the time for self-care, spending the day off-the-grid with family, inviting a friend for a coffee, or writing a thank you note to someone you haven’t taken the time to thank. If you’re feeling up for a month-long commitment, try writing down three things you’re grateful for at the end of each day. See if you start to notice things you would otherwise not pay attention to.

One of our favorite things to do is to celebrate friendships—relationships that are taken for granted in the hustle of everyday life. This month, we encourage you to do the same. In the name of beauty, gratitude and friendship, creating an at-home spa night for a friend came to mind:
